Workscape refers to a space in time, and a space in society, where your experience of work takes place.. We subscribe to the philosophy of being Self unLimited, and in this philosophy, we don't have a career - we have a workscape. In your current workscape you may have many jobs in which you work, and the way they connect together only has to make sense to you.
Using Value Exchange cards and a career map, we help you analyse and work through options for expansion that is within your visibility and foresight. Workscape coaching can be done over one (1) long working session, or five (5) small iterative sessions with an outcome to map out an action plan for you to own and realise your goals,
Choose to co-create using Vibrational Therapy
Vibrational Therapy is rooted in the belief system that everything all around us is Source Energy and we have the power to co-create our visions and aspirations through intentions.
In accessing this modality to clarify your next steps, you have the option to either gain clarity through a reading, or if you are more in tune with your Higher Self, experience a co-creating session with Sound Therapy & guided Akashic Records Channeling.. Once you have clarity on the path you wish to make happen, chose to continue with micro tweaks along the way, or walkway empowered to navigate your own destiny and experiences.

We advocate using reading and channeling sessions to gain clarity only on the blocks that YOU are experiencing and need to work on to move ahead and expand in life. Seeking insights to change the course of another’s life often result in information that may not be what you are looking for. This is because another person’s free will and choice has nothing to do with yours. To co-exist in harmony, you can put your views forward and share your thoughts and voice, but you can not change their freewill.
Meet our Founder
Our healer, Nisha is a trained practitioner.
Nisha has travelled over 40 countries and experienced many different workscapes, adept with a myriad of cultures, languages, mindsets and professions. From corporate practitioner, to being a part-time performing artist in the music and arts industry, as well as holding the following qualifications: PhD in Mobile Information Systems Design, Certified Practitioner of the Pathway Prayer Process to Access the Heart of the Akashic Records, and a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing, Nisha is working towards retirement embracing a life of service to humanity
Nisha has lived in Asia, Australiasia and Europe, and while travelling and working around the world, she has served a global community of artists and corporate practitioners as a singer, musician, dancer, stage manager, coach and mentor, lecturer, transformation practitioner, senior leader, startup mentor and budding Business & Enterprise Architecture practitioners' sounding board for expansion and growth. She has delivered Corporate Private and Public training programs in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indian and Vietnam.
Yesteryears, history & Cosmic magic
Nisha grew up singing and performing from the young age of 2.5 years old. She sang hymns and bengali songs with her mother and grandmother, Anima Das Gupta. Her family is known in the arts and music world in India thanks to Dwarakanath Ghosh's invention - the Dwarkin harmonium which became a household name in music homes.
A trained classical pianist and Odissi dancer, Nisha has cultivated her love for all things artistic through her years of training with Chandrabhanu Bharatalaya Academy & the Jambudvipa Productions group performance. She was the Technical Specialist at the Sangam Festival in 2019, and performed her very own creation 2 years later at the same festival.
Nisha's training, together with her musical background and love for spirituality solidified her understandings of Vedic and Buddhist philosophies amongst others. Her love for Vedic hymns, chants, puja ceremonies and spiritual offerings comes through in her singing and chanting. She is Australia's first Odissi graduate from the Academy and spent many years dancing, singing, performing and stage managing shows.
She is the grand niece of Padmabhushan Pt. Gnan Prakash Ghosh and spends her free time exploring cultural nuances of the East and West, while composing and singing tunes to powerful Mantras. Nisha is keen to collaborate and co-create with other artists and musicians to explore Cosmic creations as away of life.

Are you wanting to learn and / or improve your knowledge, understanding and connection to the Cosmos with Vedic Mantra Chanting to reap it's Cosmic benefits? We will sing, compose songs, and run kirtan sessions in your homes to help you re-live the magic of japas singing, chanting and mantra practice sessions.
We are trained in both Eastern and Western classical music, and can capably accompany choirs at church gatherings or at home and special events hosting japas, kirtans and melas with a focus on promoting the powerful and intentional vibrations of japas, Vedic Hymns & classic Mantras.

Sound Therapy is a vibrational modality that has been in existence for centuries. The art and science of this ancient practice has been making waves in local communities to aid seekers and leaders find mental peace, solitude and solace to live in peaceful harmony. Sound waves emitted in certain frequencies and intervals have a profound effect to our body's biosphere. Our body is made up of 70% water, and is futile as a conductor for negativity, however when amplified and cleared with positive resonance, it can bring balance.
